Set the template for e-mails which are automatically sent during submission to the sites which require e-mail submission. Access E-mail Template by selecting Options in the File Menu (File > Options > E-mail).

Default E-mail Text:
If you wish, you can modify the default e-mail template sent during auto submit to those sites which do not specify its content closely in their rules.
Specify the parameters which will be replaced by actual information about the gallery during the automatic submission.

Custom E-mail Options:
If the site requires specific information about the gallery except the data provided by the default e-mail template, then this data is set directly in the Parameters tab for the particular site (without a header or a footer).
If you wish to include a Header and/or a Footer in the e-mail template, do so using the appropriate fields (including spaces between lines). You can use parameters as well.

• As a minimum the default e-mail template must contain the Gallery URL parameter ($$url). We recommend to add further information describing the submitted gallery (e.g. its description, number of pics/movies, your nickname, etc., see the screenshot above). Do not forget to use the appropriate parameters
• Adapting the custom e-mail template according to your wishes ensures that the content of the e-mail differs from other autosubmitter users.
• Spamming using these e-mail templates is forbidden! We strongly recommend you to send only data pertaining to the submitted gallery!
• The Subject and recipient’s e-mail address are specified in the Parameters tab for individual sites.
• The sent messages are automatically saved in the result pages of the sites using e-mail submission after the submit process.
